I’ve been humming chairs and tables since I was 8 and I wanna learn how to master bate with our them (I’m 16 now). Advice pleaseeee

I am assuming you meant humping, not humming.

Your body got used to the type of stimulation you got from humping. It is like a river that carved out a path. It just wants to keep flowing down that path. You now have to “relay” that river. It can be frustrating and take a while (as in a week or two or three), but it is pretty doable.
Stop. Humping and start using your hands and fingers. Take a bit of time every day. Lock your door and explore your body with your fingers.  Take your time, and note what feels good. Continue exploring what feels good. Keep on trying to increase the good feeling. Do not get frustrated. Stop when you do not orgasm and try again tomorrow. Nothing is chasing you.
Try different touches around your clitoris- a finger, two fingers the palm of your hand. Tapping, squeezing, rubbing, stroking. Hard, soft, slow, fast. The way you orgasm may be surprisingly specific. The inside of your vagina is largely numb but the vaginal entrance may also be very sensitive to “rimming”.
