For the ladies with acid reflux nausea, what kind of nausea does it give you?

Is it the same type of nausea as morning sickness nausea, or is it different? And when does it happen the most?

I think it feels a bit different. I get the terrible burning in my esophagus first, then start salivating, and next thing you know I’ve thrown up. It’s been happening frequently while I’m asleep. I’ll start chocking on it and it’ll wake me up. I tried tums first, but got no relief. I switched to the liquid maloxx and it helps some, but sends me running to the bathroom.

In the beginning of my pregnancy I was constantly nauseous without vomiting and always just assumed thats what morning sickness felt like! After talking to my sister she said it sounded more like when she had heartburn so i started  taking tums when id feel nauseous and itd go away. That was beginning of pregnancy and the heartburn definitely feels more like heartburn now. Just try a few things out because it could be either but for me heartburn just felt like i wanted to throw up.

I feel nauseous/acid reflux usually at night. And I also get sick but it’s different than morning sickness cuz once I puke I feel better, whereas it was pretty consistent nausea in the first trimester

I’ve been starting to get this at 25 weeks. I haven’t had any nausea, no morning sickness. The heartburn is getting so bad that I feel like I’m about to throw up.
