Nausea treatment

What has your all doctors prescribed for nausea treatment? I am 10w6d, and my nausea is ridiculous. I threw up once during the two week wait & haven’t done it since. I just get super nauseous and lightheaded & have hot flashes. Some days I can’t even manage to drink water. My doctor prescribed me B6 and doxylamine; however, I feel like the only change I’ve seen is in how tired I am because doxylamine is a sleep aid. I’ve even tried the preggie pops, but nothing is givinggg. Help please 😭
