Question about holding your breath while pregnant
So today I found out that holding your breath can be dangerous for the baby and I remembered how a few days ago I had to hold my breath while using the bathroom because a coworker sprayed a ton of Lysol in the bathroom and I didn’t want to inhale that. (I didn’t hold my breath for the whole time though).
Do you guys think that I’ve caused harm to the baby?
