So I had a missed AF a month back and was having really bad lower back/abd pain. I ended up going to an urgent care because the pain persisted. Everything was normal but she sent me over to get an ultrasound to make sure I wasn’t having a torsion on one of my ovaries.

During the “procedure”, the tech is pointing things out. She mentioned She could see 3 follicles on each ovary and measured them. What does that mean? Should I get those results with the measurements?

I ended up getting my AF about a week later.
