7 week ultrasound and feeling nervous :/

I went this week for my first ultrasound at 7w3d from my LMP. I have a history of 2 previous early miscarriages in April and then again in July. I have never made it this far to even get an ultrasound. The technician didn't say much other than it was "very early" and could see "the start" but kept saying it was too early when I was asking if she could see anything. She didn't show me any clear pictures or find a heart beat. 


Unfortunately, that was on Friday and I won't be able to get results from the doctor until Monday. Did anyone else not see much on their 7 week ultra sound, to then continue on with a healthy pregnancy? I haven't had any cramping or spotting at all. I'm not naive to think that this is totally normal and I certainly don't want to get my hopes up, but just looking for any similar situations. Thanks!

11/2019 UPDATE:: In case anyone comes across this thread - I naturally miscarried at 11w4d. It was a blighted ovum. I’m sorry to anyone going through this same thing that might be reading this post. My heart goes out to you ❤️
