4w5d post partum period? TMI

I had a cesarean birth and am no longer breastfeeding. My lochia has been tapering off, sometimes yellowish/brown.

As of today I have had true brown blood, and now bright red. Can my period come this early?

I’ve got a pad on which also has this blood on it. And two other spots on the bed
