Is 6 AM and I can’t go back to bed cause I’m dead worried ...

Ok I decided to google about the posible causes of this itching patch on my back and now I’m terrified.... is Sunday and tomorrow is a holiday so I will just throw this pic in here for any thoughts 💭. It looks bigger because the zoomed out picture. BTW I’m soooo shaving my back 😱Thanks
