Some people just getting spotting during pregnancy. As long as it’s not filling a pad, you’re okay. I would call up your ob on Monday though to be sure!

It never hurts to ask your doctor ☺️ I think they’d rather you call and ask so they can help then you be to nervous to call and have something bad happen. This kind of spotting can be normal, but it could also not be. Hang in there!!

Red bleeding is usually something you want to get checked, especially if you have cramps too

I've been spotting the same as yourself since Wednesday ( 5 days ) went into a&e with excruciating cramps in Thursday and they thought for sure it was ectopic because there wasnt any sac or anything. I have PCOS SO my dates could be wrong. My HCG was 129 then which is quite low so it ruled it out and also explains why they couldn't see anything on the scan ( has to be 1000). Im going to get the results of my second test taken on Saturday  tomorrow to see if the levels are rising so I'll.let you know ( I'm also fairly panicked) . The idea is if they are doubling I could be fine if they are not 😥. 
The nurse I spoke to was lovely and she said that some women just spot during their entire pregnancy. My spotting looks like your spotting and they said that unless it fills a pad, it's considered spotting and unless it fills a few pads and is acvompanies by cramps it's nothing to worry about ( still report it though😊)
It's very stressful.this whole thing though. Like I want to talk to my friends about it but then again I dont ..really frustrating. Plus its hard to find the right advice and there is the disclaimer of where pregnancy is different 🤣
 My mam actually had full on periods ,clotting and everything when she was pregnant with me. There is something called a friable cervix which can cause a lot of spotting / bleeding. 
What i found helpful was trying to separate facts and feelings .Fact is we have positive pregnancy tests and are pregnant . Fact is bleeding is perfectly normal
