Eczema? Two small patches of red, dry skin. I’ve tried aquaphor and cerave but nothing has helped. Thoughts? Thanks in advance!

We thought we had ringworm but it’s just eczema! We used lotion and lanolin to keep it hydrated.

that looks like ringworm to me. we are currently dealing with a bit of an outbreak 🤦‍♀️
