I went and complained to my midwife about constantly being wet down there and after I told her how often I had to wipe she is having me go to labor and delivery because she thinks my water broke

So it’s not my water. I have also been discharging since I became pregnant but it’s a lot today so it was a little concerning. But they think that my discharge is just becoming more watery and just a lot more of it.

I feel wet all the time my OB said it's normal because of all the cm and mucus your body is making. 
So I hope that's what's happening to you. Good luck and if your water did break I think they make you stay in the hospital hooked to IVs for antibiotics so you and baby don't get an infection. They will try to keep baby in for as long as they can.
