First Time Sending Nudes...

So, my boyfriend (18) and I (also 18) have known each other for about three (3) years, and we decided that it was time that we did something a little different. We had always joked about sending nude photos, but until recently, they were just jokes. But, last night we decided to share our nudes, and honestly, i was terrified. I didn't know how he would react or if he would even respond to my picture. In fact, our conversations today were extremely awkward. I'm going over to his house tomorrow, and i don't know what to do about yesterday. Any of you care to help a girl out with what she should do or say?
