Anyone else sore?

I'm 4 weeks pp and feel sore in between my legs. I've been resting a lot in bed the last two days so I'm wondering if that has something to do with it. I try hard to usually be up and about. Any ideas?

I had that when I would take long walks in the first week, but not really since then. Oh, also too many stairs would do it even in the second week pp...

5 weeks pp and it's like inner leg sore joints and muscles esp. after trying to do light exercises like stretching or squats. I've slowed down because of it just in case I'm doing more harm than good. Idk 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yup me too! Like the others were saying I will feel it after walking too much that day (3 weeks pp)

I'm only 2 weeks PP but I still feel sore. Mine gets worse if I do lots of walking, I'm fine if resting

Anyone else sore?
