Is anybody else having swelling in hands at 14 weeks?

I’m almost 14 weeks (go to dr Wednesday) I plan to ask about it, I’m just curious if I’m alone or if others are experiencing this. It seems way too early to me.

I did that early with my first and ended up developing preeclampsia towards the end of pregnancy with her. Always voice your concerns with your doctor.

Do they hurt / feel like needle pokes / peely? My hands are abnormally dry and a tiny bit swollen, but the dryness- I keep dropping my phone on my face while in bed.... it’s frustrating lol

First off I have high blood pressure already, so throughout my entire pregnancy my hands get swollen. But I'm 28 wks n just the past few days they been swollen.
