Gym at 6 weeks
Hi Mamas,
I am very anxiously awaiting my 6 week apt so I can finally go back to the gym! I’m curious as to how you all managed to schedule gym time. My only thought is I go real early in the morning and have a bottle pumped for my husband if he need it? Or what do you all do? I’m not interested in working out at home so only gym suggestions are appreciated.
