How long did it take for you ladies to get a regular period back while breastfeeding? At about 8 weeks PP I had what I thought was the return of my regular period. I bled 4 days, 1 day of old blood, and I was done, which is typical for me. About 2 weeks later I started bleeding again, this time for 5 days but not nearly as heavy. Since then I haven't had another period and I'm 16 weeks postpartum. I know there is the chance of ovulating even without a period, but what's typical for a return of a regular cycle? Did anyone not get their period back at all while breastfeeding?
