Do I have PCOS?

So I had my appendix out last week. While they were in there they noticed that I had polycystic ovaries, and a ruptured cyst. 
I’m 29 and about 6 years ago I developed adult acne out of nowhere. I saw SO many specialists about it and they just kept giving me creams and pills but not really looking at why it started. I’ve also had a lot of hair loss around the front of my hairline. 
However, my periods are EXTREMELY regular. The only weird thing about them is that I only ever bleed for 3 days and it’s often very light. 
Does this mean I have PCOS?

Not always, to diagnose there needs to be two of these three main symptoms: 
- polycystic ovaries
- irregular cycles
- high levels of androgens (hormones like testosterone). 
If you are concerned I would ask to get your hormones checked!

You could just have cystic ovaries. It is more common to have it. If it has never bother you before they probably are small and pass on their own. You would have more symptoms if you were to have PCOS

I have the EXACT same issues and am 26 as well. Like exact same as you. I've tested and doctor tell me I domt have pcos it's super frustrating.  I have 2 or 3 days of bleeding and then spot for like 5 days off and on. My period are irregular though. I have multiple cyts on both ovaries seen in ultrasounds. I dont know and neither do doctors 😩🤷‍♀️

I have PCOS and I also had regular menstruation before though sometimes it only takes 2-3 days. I also had acne and hirsutism and I was delayed for 3 weeks. I already had several pregnancy tests but then my doctor said I had PCOS. I suggest you undergo a transvaginal ultrasound.
