I’m going crazy

So I’m on day fourteen of no period. I took a test last week. And it was negative. I’m going to take another one in the morning. But my mood is horrible I’m snapping at everyone. Hubby, children, and even my mom. I’m lethargic gaining weight and getting acne. WHO ELSE IS LATE AND HAVING SYMPTOMS LIKE THIS?
