Hives or???????

I really really need help and answer! My doctor won’t send me to a dermatologist bc they have to take the pictures and not send in my pictures! But here’s the problem, I’m only breaking out at night!! What do I do? These antihistamines pills ain’t working too well! It’s not a good allergy because not once over this whole year period have I had problems breathing! I have no symptoms that I know! They’re not all that itchy some aren’t itchy at all. I feel normal except for when they show up, but I don’t know why!
