So confused ladies please advise..

Ladies I got a fain bfp on Fri called my doctor and picked up prescription for cyclogest 400mg 1 a day pessary. Started that Fri. Last night started spotting watery pink brown. Today loads of brown and called doc who told me to stay on the pessary but my hpt is now negative. This will now be my 4th miscarriage. Not sure if I should be on the progesterone still?!! Pictured is my positive from Fri and then negative today
