What am I doing wrong this time?
I did keto about 2 years ago. First month dropped 14lbs, by the 4th month I dropped 20lbs, by the 10th month I couldn't lose anymore that those 20. Then we moved and traveled a lot so I fell off the wagon and gained some back.
A couple months ago I restarted (with new macros, of course) but I cannot lose anything-literally. It keeps my glucose in check (pre-diabetic) which is my main reason for eating this way. I eat twice a day with coffee in the morning 3-5 days a week. I don't do fat bombs or anything like that. But I cannot make the scale budge.
July I gained about 10 lbs from like 2-3 mess up weeks with my mil visiting. But since then i cant get down from where i am and I'm ALWAYS bloated every day. I've assumed that's from uterine fibroids but keto used to help with bloat. I'd like to lose about 30-40lbs.
Any suggestions are welcome.
