I was wondering is bending at 16 weeks ok? Will it hurt the baby ? I was bending a lot yesterday and started to get some pains after.

Answer

Just don’t overdo it. If you feel overwhelmed after doing it, then just lessen it and take more breaks. 
But bending over isn’t bad, it just gets harder as your pregnancy progresses. I’m at 29 weeks and I bend over constantly as part of my exercise routine.
