Plumbing in apartments?
My bathtub has been backed up and water would not go down. I tried to unclog it myself but it was worse than I thought so I called the maintenance at my apartment and they were unable to do it too so they called a plumber. Would I have to pay for the plumbing service or do my apartments pay for it?
