Can bending or moving to much hurt my baby? Currently 16 weeks after bending a few times I had some pains,also my right side of my stomach just twitched about 4 times then stopped,what is that?

No. Baby is very well protected inside. The pains might be round ligament pains which can happen from moving the wrong way or too fast but they’re normal and not harmful.

My right side has been getting very sharp pains. If it doesn’t go away it might be appendicitis but to me I’m pretty sure it’s just gas. I stand up do a stretch and after 10 long deep breaths it goes away. Don’t worry  u can bend and move lol , just don’t do anything u wouldn’t have done before in excess
