FedEx Health Insurance, Anyone?

So my husband works at FedEx. I’m 17w pregnant, we already have a one year old, and we’ve been on Medicaid for a bit, but I recently found a part time job, which will put us over the Medicaid income limits. So since we’ll likely be losing Medicaid soon, we’re going to have to switch to a FedEx health insurance plan (my new job doesn’t offer health insurance to part time employees, and I’m not able to do full time right now). I was looking over the 2020 plans and leaning toward an 80 Broad plan (which, from what I understand, includes a $3900 deductible per family; requires a 20% coinsurance for most services—including OBGYN appointments, ultrasounds, and hospital stays; and has an out of pocket limit of $9600 per family... oh, and also, the premium for the 3 of us will be about $360 per month... Now mind you, I’m having a scheduled c-section with this pregnancy. After reviewing the FedEx health insurance options, I’m feeling like maybe I should’ve waited to find a job and just stayed on Medicaid. 😬 Maybe I don’t understand health insurance that well, but it kind of looks like ANY of the FedEx health insurance plans are gonna leave us in massive medical debt with this pregnancy... so I guess what I’m asking is, has anyone else had a baby with FedEx health insurance, (or better yet, had a c-section with FedEx health insurance)? If so, what kind of bill were you stuck with? Thanks 🙏
