Okay so I haven’t gotten my period in 3 months and I’m very worried. I barely started spotting just a little bit and I’m not sure what to do. My sister told me to take a certain type of birth control that can apparently start my period to come again? Please share any tips you may have!

Definitely see your Obgyn. I had a similar experience but I missed my period for 4 months (was still a virgin too). They did an MRI and found that I had a super thick uterus lining. She put me on a super low hormone pill to get me started again. I’m still usually irregular but I refuse to take hormones regularly b/c I get severe cramping. Do you research and then see the doctor.
