First time using a tampon

I don’t really know how to sizes would help I feel like small hurts a little bit when I take it out and it’s really uncomfortable to walk or sit so I’m going to try regular but are all sizes make you feel like it’s going deep inside of you when you sit down or run,walk,do anything active?
