I’m bleeding at almost 7 weeks??? Is this bad ?

So I found out I was pregnant a week ago.

About 2 weeks before I found out I was pregnant I spotted for about 5 days.

I’ve spotted a little bit the day before I found out I was pregnant too.

Now today when I wiped after peeing I saw a little bit of blood, and just now a tiny bit more blood and on my undies. ( very light pink, just like before).

I did have sex last night and hoping that’s why I’m bleeding.

Also I have been having moderate cramps my whole pregnancy so far.

Anyways I am very scared I am going to have a miscarriage.

Has this happened to anyone else?? It’s my first pregnancy after trying for a year and a half.

Ide also like to note, I feel soooooo tired :( I’m haveing such a hard time going to work, and I feel sick as well. How do you do it? I see pregnant people out all the time like it’s nothing. I can barely leave bed. My anxiety and stress is high because of how sick I feel. My family is far away and I just feel so alone. My husband is working 12 hours a day and never home.

I am sooooo scared of losing the baby, especially if I’m alone and in pain. I can’t stop crying right now. :(
