I said no I’m happy because that’s me today. There is a lot of ups and downs and with all these hormones and pending changes, that’s normal. 
If I’d had to vote two days ago, I would’ve voted for the anxiety and depression. I’ve tried to be more zen. I stop my overthinking in it’s tracks and I stopped drinking even the minimal allowance of coffee a day. I didn’t even realize that it was causing me anxiety or at least enflaming it. I drink English breakfast tea with a little honey and milk instead and I feel so much more zen 😊

I’ve struggled with depression, anxiety and hypo mania for years.  One of my biggest fears about pregnancy has been the psychological strain of it all.  I still take medication (though it changed when I found out I was pregnant) and see a therapist regularly, so I’m doing better than I feared I would be.

Just talked to my doctor today about my anxiety and started balling my eyes out in the middle of speaking :’) so happy she is so sweet and made me feel better! Also putting me on medicine!
