I quit until I had a migraine for days at 29 weeks that landed me in labor and delivery and was advised to add it back in to help with them, so now I’m back to drinking it. But I keep it under 200mg of caffeine a day still.

I live in a desert so I had already cut back prior bc it made me feel dehydrated all the time... so with that said I haven’t really cut back more, maybe even a tad more to help with the bathroom situation, lol, but still less than a cup a day

I never stopped and didn’t cut back either. I’d have 1-2 cups at home and then a coffee from Panera or Starbucks later in the day

I dont drink coffee but I switch to decaf tea. I still eat chocolate though.

I drink maybe 2 cups of tea or coffee a day and if I have anymore than 2 I drink decaf tea/coffee x

I did but that’s because for some reason hot coffee didn’t sound good. Then I got caffeine headaches so I drank hot green tea and then iced coffees.

I decreased the amount of coffee by a small bit and I also switched to half caff!
