Baby stopped growing

My due date based on an ovulation test is June 13th, which would make me 5weeks and 4 days today.

So I had my first ultrasound today, which the tech didn't let me see, or let my husband record but that's beside the point. She said that I'm only measuring 4weeks and 2days. Then the doctor came in and said that according to my hcg levels I should be around 6 weeks so they're sending my ultrasound to radiology and they're gonna give me a call.

I called my midwife whodelivered my last two babies to tell me the real deal and she said that the baby has probably died, and I should be prepared to pass the baby.

I'm not asking if you think that sounds right but I'm just asking if you guys have gone through anything like this.

Any advice for getting through a miscarriage?
