Should I call my doctor???

TMI... I have had diarrhea all day today and have had cramping. The cramping feels like period like cramps and not too painful but when they come my stomach gets tight! Are these contractions? Should I call my doctor? Also I’m a FTM

I had to get admitted into L&D two weeks ago for diarrhea. It caused dehydration so I had to get fluids and imodium to calm my stomach down, but it can also be a sign of labor. I'd call or go in.

I’ve been having diarrhea for the past 4 weeks almost daily usually multiple times a day and I told my doctor today because he asked am I constipated at all I said “NO IVE BEEN HAVING DIARRHEA AND CRAMPS!!” And he was like cramps and tightening are normal because the uterus gets irritated when you’re pooping a lot and diarrhea is perfectly normal. Yeah google says “preterm labor” but I can also look up “runny nose and cough” and boom I’m dying of cancer lol

Sounds like constractions. I had loose stool with my first right before my water broke.
