20 weeks 1st ultrasound...

So next week I will be 20 weeks and I'm having my first ultrasound hoping to find out the gender of our rainbow baby but I am so scared not excited. In January I had a mc with spotting ect. And when they did the ultrasound the baby hadn't grown past 7 weeks and I was supposed to be 9 weeks. I feel like everything is okay but I'm having horrible anxiety attacks every time I think about it. I'm so afraid of bad news
