When did I ovulate?

Question

Premom says 5 dpo today, but day before yesterday I could feel the cramping (ovulation pains?). Does that mean yesterday was actually 1dpo?
UPDATE: To clarify, the premom app showed 5dpo based on OPKs. Just wondering if I should go off that or based on the cramping, thus asjusting to 2dpo.

I get ovulation pains the day before I ovulate bit some women get them on the day of ovulation. Everyone’s different. Best to track ovulation by strips and/or bbt

Do u use ovulation tests? Try using them maybe u won't be able to know when u ovulated other wise also bbt is the best apparently with opks x
