When baby pushes out and your belly misshapes and gets super hard and it's painful is that considered a contraction or baby pushing out? 38 weeks and their happening every 7-10 mins

Sounds like Braxton hicks. I have been getting them since 17w. It can be triggered but a movement or lack of water or because you are nearing the end-at least from my experience.

In contractions ur entire belly will get hard at the same time and you'll have some pain, like period cramps

I believe just baby pushing out. Contractions for me just felt like my belly tightening. As if it was trying to shrink back down to size.
