CM tracking ?
Those that track CM...how do u track during your fertile window when ur having lots of sex & using preseed?? I honestly don't know what to put?...
I had natural ewcm on Sunday (cd13) as the day went on it got heavier. BD 2a Mon am (cd14). Had it all throughout the day. Tues am (cd15) get peak reading on CBDA, BD using preseed. Wed (cd16) cramping assuming possible ovulation, BD in the evening. Today cd17 have had ewcm most of today...
I honestly don't know if it's left over fluids from sex or actually ewcm?! Looking for suggestions for tracking purposes :)
