Help me please

I’m going INSANE

I tested on the 5th Oct a vvvvfl (4days before af due)

7th Oct I began bleeding so assumed af bleeding and cramps as normal

Nothing on the 12/13&14th Oct

Had sex 14th eve

15&16th had bleeding while wiping when going to the loo

Today it’s been more period like so when peeing the toilet is red on some occasions

I’ve had a pad on and a couple times I’ve felt it pool out but it’s still not filled a pad

I tested with first morning urine today as someone suggested I test and it’s faint line I thought maybe evap so tested with another type and again faint line

I need help and advice I have no idea if I’m preg and losing

Preg with bleeding like a hematoma

Not even preg but come on again

I’m having no clots etc
