Is there any tips for dating with depression I feel like my relationship is hurting because of my depression￼

Talk with a therapist. He or she will know are you capable to be in relationship/start dating right now.
I stoped dating while my depression was strong, mainly because I needed to focus on getting better and I didn’t need other distractions. 
The second reason was that I didn’t felt okey to start new relationship while my relationship with myself is off, and I knew that it will affect new relationship in bad ways. So I started dating again when I had my depression and anxiety under control. 
Fighting depression and anxiety is full time job, a job that you must done for yourself (new relationship won’t fix that), so you need to put yourself in the first place and also be honest to yourself - are you using dating and new relationships as a distraction? And therapist can help you to see whats going on. You don’t plan to run a marathon when you leg is broken, you take care of yourself and wait to your leg get healed, so same goes with your emotional and psychological problems. 
I also have ptsd, so I’m always open about it with new potential partners, and when the bad episode kicks in, I prefer to be single so I’m definitely not starting new relationships then. 
It’s not fair, from my perspective, neither to me (I need all available emotional resources focused on my healing and fighting) nor to other person (when I’m fighting, I don’t have enough emotional resources to put in relationship + all the bad feels I have (insecurities, fears, self sabotage moments, auto destruction etc) will leak into relationship and hurt it).

See a doctor and talk about getting on medicine. It could really help. I once dated someone who had depression and we even went to the doctors appointment together and the medication was really helpful
