Any drugs including alcohol have a slight risk at effecting sperm quality. But its unlikely and if it does you probably wont be able to tell if its drug related or not. I just wouldn't stress over it. Its very low risk

My daughters daddy admitted to me he was doing cocaine the night I got pregnant and she has no issues at all. It's highly unlikely. Now if you did it while pregnant that's a different story.
