What can I take while pregnant

10 weeks 3 days and have a very bad headache 
My teeth r killing me and I can’t sleep and my nose is driving me up a wall need some meds but idk what’s safe or not

Sounds like you might have a sinus infection. Try some tylenol but you may need to be seen for antibiotics i get sinus infections frequently

Tylenol is about the only headache meds but u can call the obgyn anytime and they can tell u.

Tylenol! ibuprofen is a no, but acetaminophen was on the safe list of meds they gave me (and is on every other list I’ve ever seen, but you can double check with your doctor to be safe)
