I was having a nice dinner tonight until my SO told me that his mom texted him saying they bought a car seat for their house .. and a changing table... WHYYYY. His parents won’t be babysitting I don’t trust them enough. They didn’t even text me or ask my opinion on any of it .. I’m just annoyed.

Edit : I already have a car seat. And I do appreciate help but they got it for their house... without asking me opinions on car seats or anything.

Also we don’t get along because they never talk to me or try to get to know me. We aren’t fond of each other. I feel as if they are trying to be controlling in a way. I don’t plan on having them babysit. My son isn’t even here yet and I can’t imagine me sharing him yet 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m sure it’s a hormonal thing but still .. Also FIL is creepy and gives me a weird uncomfortable feeling whenever he is around. There is more to the story but won’t go there RN lol also I personally would never assume to babysit another persons child before they were even born. Family or not 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
