Cheating anxiety

I'm 15 weeks pregnant. I've been with my partner for 9 years. I've never suspected him of cheating, he's never gave me reason to. But for some reason, since I've been pregnant this time around (baby #3) I've got this overwhelming feeling that hes cheating on me 😭 Something feels different in my gut. Has anyone else had this?
