Nausea remedies??

I've tried just about everything. Saltines, ginger ale, Preggie pops, zofran, sea bands accupressure, B6. Help!

It took a few days for the b6 to actually work, try to stick with it! Take it in the morning and then again at night non stop (every 12 hours or 7AM and 7PM, for example) even if you feel fine. It works as a preventative. I used that and then took zofran when I felt extremely nauseous or couldn’t stop throwing up, up to 8mg a dose. Also found that eating chicken flavored ramen noodles settled my stomach, but that’s different for everyone. I still would throw up multiple times a day most days until I reached 14 weeks.

I found ice lollies, or just ice cubes helped me a lot.

Absolutely nothing helped me! I ate when I could, and even then I ended up getting sick. I lost 15 lbs in my first trimester and the nausea didn’t pass till I was 17 weeks! You should talk to your OB, they can prescribe you something to help subside the nausea
