Could be some of your mucus plug but that regenerates but give your midwife a call or go on and see someone just to be on the safe side x

It’s part of the mucus plug that seals the cervix it’s meant to stay there to stop infections but bits can break away , it can regenerate but you need to get checked ASAP coz it could also mean early labour
