Adenomyosis and pity party

I just had my initial consultation with my RE, and he also did an exam. When he did my ultrasound he said I have Adenomyosis which is basically a form of Endometriosis in your uterine lining. I was wondering if anyone else knew of someone with this condition that went on to have a healthy pregnancy? I keep reading how IF you can even get pregnant, your chance of miscarriage is like 50%. Feeling really down in the dumps b/c I also have a fibroid and tubes that look damaged (from HSG results). Just SO bummed out.
