How long do you wait to masturbate after having an iud
I recently just got an iud like 3 days ago and when I have cramps I usually masturbate but I’m too scared to because everything is very new to me
I know I’m not supposed to have sex for a week but does that include masturbation if nothing is being inserted ? Someone help me so I can sleep lol
