Baby acne treatment recommendations?

Any suggestions? Or just leave it? 
I know it's normal. 
Little one is 3 weeks old and has started breaking out

Just leave it, it will resolve on it's own. If you're breastfeeding you can squirt some milk on it and that can help, but otherwise just don't touch it.
