During fertile week I hear that we should BD every other day. I'm concerned that I cloud miss ovulation this way since egg only stays fertile 12-24 hours. We did BD often but not on projected O day. I didn't track with BBT or OPK this cycle. Thoughts??

Even though the egg stays fertile for 24hrs, sperm can live up to like 5days so you should be fine.

I BD'd legit twice during my fertile week and I'm 10 weeks. I got a positive opk and did it that night and the next day, glow was off by days for me (I think it was like 5 tbh). So i would start tracking

My Obgyn told me that I shouldn’t BD every day because the sperm needs more time, ideally. She recommended we BD three days before ovulation (said it increases chances), then on the day, and two days later in case you are late on ovulating.
