Pregnant on the pill?

So I don’t get a period anymore because of my birth control and my boyfriend and I had sex without a condom, but he pulled out. 
He’s anxious about the chances of me getting pregnant even though i’m really good about taking my pill at the same time everyday. 
Should I take a test just to be sure and if so when?

Its 99.9% effective when taken correctly. A test would be accurate 2 weeks after the last day you had sex.

Bc isn't 100% but it's a 99.7% when used correctly. I would take a test in 3-4 weeks just to ease his mind but more then likely you're not pregnant
