I'm on day 4 of exclusively pumping, and I've not seen an increase at all in my supply. I am pumping every 2 hours on the dot and every three at night. I haven't missed a single one. I pump for 30-40 minutes each time, and EVERY time I only get 1.5-2 ounces from the left, and .5-1 from the right. This isn't enough to keep up with my baby and I'm so frustrated! I'm staying hydrated, drinking lactation smoothies, eating, and religiously pumping! When will I see my increase??? Baby is 5 weeks old!
